Through DOT-Chain Defence, military personnel will receive UGVs as part of the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program.

The Ministry of Defence’s Defence Procurement Agency (DPA) has signed contracts with manufacturers of Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) to supply the Armed Forces as part of the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program.

From now on, service members can exchange combat points earned for destroying enemy targets for this equipment, selecting it themselves in the Brave1 Market and receiving it quickly through DOT-Chain Defence.

Since August, under the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program, 71,000 units of equipment have been delivered to the military via DOT-Chain Defence. This includes various types of drones and electronic warfare (EW) systems, with a total value of ₴2.8 billion.

Background

The updated ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program launched in August and is based on the integration of three IT systems: Delta, DOT-Chain Defence, and Brave1 Market. It works as follows:

Military personnel earn points for destroying or damaging enemy targets. They exchange these points for drones and other equipment needed for combat missions via the Brave1 Market, authorized through the Delta system. Delivery is handled by the Defence Procurement Agency through DOT-Chain Defence.
