Director
A public administrator, Crimean Tatar activist, and lecturer at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. From 2023 to 2024, he headed the state enterprise "DOT". From 2019 to 2023, he served as the Director General of the state enterprise "Medical Procurement of Ukraine" (MPU). He specializes in the development of public institutions and the reform of public procurement.
He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with master's degrees in Law and Political Science. He also earned a Master's degree in Public Management and Governance from the London School of Economics and Political Science (United Kingdom). Additionally, he holds an Executive MBA from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
