The parties agreed to begin active work on the implementation of the provisions of the Memorandum of Cooperation and jointly develop new ways of supplying weapons to Ukraine. They will also exchange experience in meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Estonia.
We are looking forward to active cooperation with the Estonian Defense Investment Centre for procurement and implementation of joint projects. This will contribute to the modernisation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and meet their needs
said Director of the Defense Procurement Agency Maryna Bezrukova
ECDI Director General Magnus-Waldemar Saar said that intensification of defense cooperation is a logical continuation of Estonia's current efforts to help Ukraine.
Estonia was one of Ukraine's first supporters, supplying materials before and during the war. The agreement signed now further intensifies cooperation between the two countries
