Engagement with Business: Dialogue, Transparency, and Cooperation

On April 30 and May 1, the Defence Procurement Agency held two important meetings with representatives of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham Ukraine).

Arsen Zhumadilov, Director of the Agency, presented the updated principles guiding the Agency’s operations, explained how companies can join the list of verified DPA suppliers, and responded to participants’ questions.

The meeting with AmCham Ukraine was also attended by Members of Parliament from the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence, as well as representatives of civil society.

These engagements are part of the Agency’s systematic approach to open and professional communication with the business community. We aim to build transparent partnerships with Ukrainian and international producers committed to strengthening Ukraine’s defence capability.

We agreed to continue these dialogues regularly to maintain direct contact with the market and work together for impactful results.
