DOT-Chain Defence Wins “Most Influential on the Battlefield” at GovTech Award 2025

On October 25, at the RESTART conference, winners of the GovTech Award 2025 were announced. The award recognizes digital solutions that improve the efficiency of the state, enhance transparency, and simplify life for citizens.

DOT-Chain Defence was recognized in the category “Most Influential on the Battlefield.” Developed by the State Operator for Non-Lethal Acquisition (DOT), the system integrates verified suppliers, the military, and the procurement agency into a single operating model that ensures fast, transparent, and effective delivery of weapons to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DOT-Chain Defence operates as a modern weapons marketplace where military units independently select the drones they need. Procurement and delivery are handled by the Defence Procurement Agency (DPA). As a result, average delivery times for drones to frontline units have dropped from months to just a few weeks. In October, the system was scaled to support 130 brigades of the Armed Forces.
